Rounds that hold together, hours that get invoiced.

Your business runs on regular visits, teams to spread around and hours to account for. Your customer, meanwhile, wants a quick quote and proof that the work was done. Here is what Traxo takes on, job by job.

In short

A website that gets you found in local searches, enquiries that arrive with the floor area and the frequency, recurring visits planned once and for all, jobs logged with photos, contracts collected automatically and Google reviews asked for at the right moment.

01

People look for you by service and by town

A household types “house cleaning” and their town; a building manager types “cleaning company” and their area. In both cases, what comes up first is a Google listing with reviews and a way to ask for a quote there and then.

Traxo creates your website and your listing together, with a page for each service and each area you cover: offices, blocks of flats, after-builders cleans, windows. That is what gets you found directly, rather than through a marketplace that sells the same customer on.

  • A page for each service and each town you cover
  • Google listing and Maps kept up to date
  • Quote requests online, with nobody in between

You're on a site, and the phone rings

Your days are spent at customers' premises, usually with noise around you and your hands full. Calls from new prospects land in the middle of a job, and a quote request left waiting two days is a quote lost.

The AI receptionist answers in your place and notes what is needed, the floor area, the frequency they want and the address. You get a summary you can price the same evening — sometimes without even having to go out.

Recurring visits planned once and for all

A contract isn't an appointment: it is three visits a week for a year, with staff who change, holidays and cover to arrange. On a spreadsheet, the smallest absence means redoing the lot by hand.

Traxo puts the recurring visits into the schedule, per site and per cleaner, with the travel time. Covering an absence means moving one line: the people concerned are told, and so is the customer, without a single phone call.

Proof that the work was done, and the invoice that follows

The usual dispute isn't about quality: it is about the time you arrived, how long you stayed, or a visit the customer says they never saw. With no record, the discussion ends in a goodwill gesture — at your expense.

Every visit is time-stamped, with the tasks done and photos if you want them. The customer gets their report; the invoice bills the hours actually worked. Contracts are collected automatically, and late payments are chased on their own.

Common mistake

Invoicing a monthly fee with no record of the visits. At the first disagreement you have nothing to show, and you end up giving away half the month.

05

Reviews, and the contracts nobody questions

In cleaning, a customer changes supplier at the first doubt and compares two quotes a year. What protects you is visible consistency: visits on record, someone who answers, and recent reviews for new prospects.

The review request goes out after the first few weeks of a contract, once satisfaction is established. For households, it goes out after the visit. And a customer whose frequency drops is flagged to you before they leave.

“The visit reports have put an end to the end-of-month arguments. We invoice what we did, with the hours and the photos.”

Common questions

That is the most common case, and nothing really changes: the person placing the order also searches on Google, wants a quick quote, and expects proof of every visit. Traxo is mainly there to answer fast and keep a clean record.
