Business activity and online subscription
Traxo publishes an online subscription service for professionals: website, online booking, payment collection, loyalty and automated telephone answering. The subscription is taken out directly on the website.
The prices shown on the Pricing page exclude VAT, per month and per business, with no setup fee; VAT at the applicable rate is added to them. Annual discounts are shown on that same page. The subscription steps, the term and the cancellation and billing arrangements are set out in the terms and conditions, which are accepted before any payment and archived with the order.
The service is offered to professionals acting for the purposes of their business. Contractual correspondence and the service itself are conducted in French.
Intellectual property
The Traxo brand, the logo, the structure of the website, the texts, the photographs and the interfaces are the property of the publishing company. They were produced by it and are protected by copyright and trade mark law.
Any reproduction, adaptation or distribution, in whole or in part and on any medium whatsoever, is prohibited without prior written authorisation. The names, logos and photographs of our clients appearing on the website remain their property and are used with their agreement.
Personal data and cookies
The publishing company is the controller of the data collected on the website. No data protection officer has been appointed: requests are handled at contact@traxo.fr.
The detail of the data collected, the purposes, the retention periods, the processors and your rights — access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability, and lodging a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority — is set out in the privacy policy. The website measures its audience without any cookie or advertising tracker: no cookie requiring your consent is placed, and no consent banner is therefore displayed.
Links and embedded services
The website links to third-party sites and embeds outside services, in particular the Cal.com booking module, Stripe payments and a live chat tool. We have no control over those sites and services: their content and their own terms are a matter for their publishers.
Governing law
The website and its use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office are competent, on the terms set out in the terms and conditions.
