Clients don't ask around any more: they type three words into their phone and call the first two names they see. This page explains, point by point, what Traxo sets up so that you're one of those two names.

In short
A website in your name, a Google profile kept up to date, a place on Maps in every town you cover, reviews that come in on their own, your work on show and a clear monthly summary. You have nothing to install: we do the work, you approve it.
01
Your own website, in your name
It's your address on the internet: the one you give out over the phone, and the one that puts people at ease before they even call. One page is enough, as long as it answers the four questions every client has: what you do, where, how much, and how to reach you.
We write the text from your trade and the services you really offer — no agency waffle — then we put it live with you. After that, you ask for a change and we make it: a new price, a new service, your holiday dates.
A domain name in your business's name, with a professional email address
Made for phones first: the call button is always in view
Changes whenever you ask, at no extra cost and with no agency delays
Common mistake
Setting up a Facebook page and stopping there. It hardly ever shows up in Google results, and half your clients don't have an account to see it.
02
Your Google Business Profile, kept up to date
This is where most people really find you: the box on the right of the search results, with your hours, your photos, your rating and the ‘Call’ button. Most clients make up their minds there, without ever opening your website.
We create it if it doesn't exist, we get it back if someone else set it up for you, then we fill it in properly: the right main category, your list of services, your real opening hours, recent photos. And we keep it up — a profile left as it is loses its place within a few months.

Showing up on Google Maps, town by town
‘Plumber near me’, ‘hairdresser open now’: these searches show a map and three names. Being one of them depends on three things — how close you are, whether your details match everywhere, and how many recent reviews you have.
We set out exactly where you work, we create a page for each town you really cover, and we make sure your name, address and phone number are the same everywhere. It's not exciting, but it's exactly what Google checks.
Real example · mobile hairdresser
Seven towns around Bath, one page for each. Within three months, half her new clients come from searches in towns where nobody could find her before — without paying for a single ad.
04
Your reviews come in on their own
A happy client rarely leaves a review unprompted: you have to ask, at the right moment, and make it one tap. That's what Traxo does — a text goes out after the job, with a direct link to your Google profile.
You set the message and the timing once, then leave it alone. The best reviews appear on your website automatically, and you're told when one of them deserves a reply.
Common mistake
Asking ten past clients for a review all at once. Google spots reviews that arrive in a batch and may hide them. Two or three a month, steadily, works better.
05
Your work, on show
A photo taken on your phone at the end of a job says more than three paragraphs. You send it, it goes into your gallery with the town and the service, and it goes up on your Google profile at the same time — where the most people will see it.
For renovation work, before-and-after photos do the job on their own. Allow two minutes a week: it's the only thing we ask of you.
06
You see what it brings in
How many people saw you, how many called, how many asked for directions. A summary every month, compared with the month before, with no jargon and no spreadsheet to decipher — plus our advice when something needs fixing.

Frequently asked questions
Your website is live within 48 hours and your Google profile is in place within a week. For local searches, allow two to three months before you see a real change: Google needs time, and recent reviews, before it moves you up.
We build the website, sort out your Google profile and show you what matters. The rest runs without you.
