Your appointments book themselves on your website.
A client who has to phone to book calls while your hands are full — or doesn't call at all. Here's how Traxo lets them pick a slot on their own, without you losing control of your day.

In short
A booking button on your website and your Google profile, your real availability, the right length for each service, a deposit if you want one, and everything landing in the calendar you already use. Reminders and rescheduling are handled without you.
01
Clients book in two clicks on your website, without calling
A button on your website and on your Google profile. The client sees the slots you really have free, picks one, and gets a confirmation instantly. No calls, no messages to deal with in the evening.
You decide how much happens automatically: instant booking for the services you know inside out, a request for you to approve for the ones that need a chat first.
Open 24/7, Sundays included

Each person and each team gets their own calendar
Three hairdressers, two fitting teams: the client chooses who they book with, or Traxo gives the job to whoever is free first. Everyone has their own hours, their own days off and the services they can do.
You get both views: everyone's day at a glance, or one person's calendar when something needs moving.
Real example · hair salon, 3 chairs
Each stylist has her own days and specialities. Clients book with their usual stylist; if she's fully booked, the website offers the first one available instead of letting them go elsewhere.
03
The right length for the right service
A colour takes longer than a cut, and a new hot water cylinder takes longer than a blocked drain. Each service has its own length, and bookings stick to it: no more two clients in the same slot.
We add what makes a day workable: travel time between jobs, a break if you want one, and a minimum notice period so nobody books you for ten minutes' time.
Common mistake
Opening every slot in the day with no travel time. The calendar fills up, the day becomes impossible, and you're the one ringing clients to move them.
04
The deposit is requested for you
A fixed amount or a percentage, requested at the time of booking. A client who has paid a deposit turns up: it's the simplest cure for no-shows.
Your cancellation terms are shown before payment and the client accepts them. The rest is paid afterwards, on the day or online, whichever you prefer.
05
Everything lands in the calendar you already use
Google Calendar, Apple, Outlook: the appointment is added with the reason for the visit and an address you can tap to open in your satnav. Nothing new to check in the morning.
Syncing works both ways: anything you block out in your personal calendar becomes unavailable online within a minute. That's what makes double bookings impossible.

06
Reminders and rescheduling, without bothering you
The client gets a reminder the day before, with the time and address. If they need to move it, they do it themselves within the limits you've set — never less than two hours before, for example.
The freed-up slot goes back online straight away, and someone else can take it. You're told, without having to go back and forth by text.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. You can switch all your services to manual approval: the client sends a request and you accept it with one tap on your phone. Many people start that way, then automate the simple services.
We set up your services, their lengths and your availability with you at the start. All you have to do is approve.
