Takeaway ordering with no commission and no queue.

Lunch is decided inside forty minutes: the queue builds, the phone rings, and the platforms take thirty per cent of everything they bring you. Here is how to take the orders back.

01

The same order, without the 30%

A €25 order placed through a platform leaves you under €18, and the customer is not yours: you have neither their name nor their number, and you will never bring them back direct.

Your ordering page belongs to you: the same journey for the customer, paid online, no commission. You keep the contact, the history, and the ability to tell your regulars when a new dish comes out.

  • No commission on a direct order
  • Paid before anything is cooked
  • The customer and their history stay with you
02

Staggered collections, no crush

Lunchtime's problem is not the volume, it is the peak: everybody wants 12.30pm. The queue puts passers-by off, the online orders stack up, and the kitchen sends everything out at once.

Collection slots are capped in ten-minute bands. When a band is full, the next one is offered. The customer knows when it will be ready, and you are no longer serving twenty people in one go.

A real example

Six orders at most per ten-minute band: at 12.30pm everything is ready at the time promised, and the queue at the counter keeps moving.

03

Lunchtime calls, answered for you

Between noon and 2pm, picking up costs you the order you are making. Not picking up costs you the office order for fifteen.

The AI receptionist takes the call, reads out the day's menu, notes the order, takes payment if you want it to, and gives the collection time. You get the ticket with the rest, in the right order.

04

Regulars, told first

Your best customers are the ones nearby who come twice a week. Through a platform you cannot speak to them; direct, you can send them the day's menu at 11am.

Traxo keeps the ordering history and lets you announce the dish of the day, a new menu or a closure. Review requests go out after collection, which lifts your listing on the lunchtime searches.

  • History and frequency, customer by customer
  • The day's menu to regulars who asked for it
  • A review request after collection

“A third of our lunch orders come in direct now. That is commission we simply keep.”

Common questions

Nobody is asking them to change overnight: a QR code on the bags, a word at the counter, the same price and no service fee. The direct share climbs order by order.
