Spreading May and October out

Every opening is asked for in the same week, the moment the weather turns. You can't do them all, you let loyal customers down, and you work fourteen-hour days for three weeks.

Opening and closing slots are open to booking months ahead. Your customers book in February for April, and you watch the load spread itself over six weeks.

  • Seasonal slots bookable months ahead
  • Number of visits a day capped
  • Reminder sent to your customers before the season opens

The weekly visit pays for summer

Regular maintenance is the heart of the trade: one visit a week through the season, with the readings, the chemicals and the cleaning. It's also how you get to know the pools and catch faults before they cost real money.

Contracts are set for the year, settled online, and the visits planned area by area. Every visit records the readings — pH, chlorine, filtration — which the customer finds in their history.

A real example

An odd pH reading two weeks running triggers a survey: the pump is replaced before it fails, in the middle of the season.

Saturday's green water, handled

Water that's gone over, a pump that gives up the day before a family weekend: the customer rings on a loop. It's also the best-paid call-out of the year, if you pick up.

The AI receptionist takes the call, works out the fault, notes the type of pool and filtration, and offers your breakdown slot. You set off with the right part, not with a vague description.

  • Breakdown slots kept free in season
  • Type of pool and equipment known before you leave
  • Call-out price given to the customer
04

Equipment sold at the right time

Pump, robot cleaner, cover, automatic dosing: these sales are usually decided at the opening or the closing, when you're there and the customer can see the wear.

The quote is put together on your phone during the visit and signed online that evening. The pool's history — the age of the equipment, the previous faults — makes the case for you.

“Openings are booked from February. May isn't a month of survival any more.”

Common questions

They do when they're asked: a message in February with the booking link fills a good part of April and May. That is exactly what Traxo sends for you.
