Annual contract, not panic calls
A customer who rings when the grass is long makes you squeeze a mow in between two jobs. Times twenty customers, that's a schedule nobody can keep and a lot of pointless driving.
The annual contract sets every visit in advance: the mowing rhythm by season, the two hedge cuts, the summer clearance. The customer knows when you're coming, and you know what you're doing in July.
- Visits set for the year, with the seasonal rhythms
- Monthly payment spread over twelve months
- Reminder to the customer before each visit
