The dog sets the length
“A groom” means nothing: depending on the size, the breed, the state of the coat and the dog's temperament, it runs from one hour to three. Get the slot wrong and the whole day slides, with owners waiting in the shop.
The booking asks for the breed, the weight, the coat type and the date of the last groom, then works out the length and the price. You know what is coming, the owner knows the price, and nobody gets a surprise.
- Length and price worked out from the breed and the coat
- A photo of the animal asked for, if you want it
- Cleaning down the station counted between two animals
